Nadeem Aslam (Director)

– was called to the BAR of England and Wales in 1999. After qualifying as a solicitor and solicitor advocate in 2006. With over 15 years’ experience in both Civil and Criminal Law.

Nadeem is a Barrister, Solicitor Advocate in both Civil and Criminal litigation, accredited mediator, public access accredited, authorised to conduct litigation.

Nadeem is Head of Civil and Family Law department and has a national client base. His clients range from large corporate companies to single individuals.

Nadeem offers a personal service with a one-point contact throughout the case. He specialises in contract disputes, family law, child arrangements, divorce, matrimonial finance, employment law, shareholder disputes, land and property disputes, criminal law, driving offences, road traffic incidents, including serious and complex injuries, credit hire, medical negligence, dispute resolution, mediation, trial advocacy and civil litigation. He is experienced in representing clients in police complaints.

Nadeem is also qualified as a barrister and is an accredited direct access barrister and is authorised to conduct litigation. He is determined, approachable and highly regarded for his attention to detail, skilful cross-examination, and eloquently persuasive submissions.

Once instructed Nadeem will immediate start working on your behalf. His work will include;

– Fighting your corner, by written submissions, or at court
– Dealing with your matter fairly, and transparently
– Negotiating settlements and costs
– Liaising with third parties, insurance companies, solicitors, barristers and the courts

Growing up, Nadeem saw the impact the law had on families and communities. Nadeem wanted to be able to help those who had a legal issue to find the best solution. Access to justice, transparency and fairness is what motivate Nadeem to complete the LLB Law degree, and to qualify as a Barrister, Mediator and Solicitor Advocate with higher rights of audience in all Courts.

Nadeem is a member of the Human Rights Bar and speaks Mirpuri (Pothwari), Urdu, Punjabi and English. Nadeem is also learning Arabic.

Zeeshan Naeem (Director)

After qualifying as a Solicitor in 2012 Zeeshan now practices as a solicitor.

Zeeshan handles a broad range of matters including asylum and nationality law matters and cases with a human rights component.

The ever-changing nature of the jurisdiction in Immigration Law requires high levels of commitment, tolerance, and dedication. Through extensive work with clients over many years, Zeeshan has demonstrated these characteristics.

Please note the costs of Mr Nadeem Aslam will be at £275.00 per hour plus VAT unless the work involves providing advocacy services for which the fee will be £375.00 per hour plus VAT. For Mr Zeeshan Naeem the fees will be £275.00 per hour plus VAT.
At the time of writing (07/22), the hourly rates are:

• Solicitor Advocates with over eight years’ experience after qualification £375.00
• Solicitors with over eight years’ experience after qualification £275.00
• Solicitors and Legal Executives with less than eight but more than four years’ experience after qualification and other staff of equivalent experience / qualification £225.00
• Solicitors and Legal Executives with less than four years’ experience after qualification and other staff of equivalent experience / qualification £185.00
• Trainee solicitors and other staff of equivalent experience / qualification £150.00
